Dr. Bruce Finkel

Dr. Bruce Finkel is a Savannah allergist with Coastal Allergy & Asthma, where he helps patients manage asthma, allergic rhinitis, sinus allergy symptoms, food allergies, hives, eczema, and other immunologic conditions. A co-founder of Coastal Allergy & Asthma, Dr. Finkel has served the Savannah community for decades and brings experience in both clinical allergy care and allergy research through AeroAllergy Research Laboratories of Savannah.
